Privacy & cookies policies

With your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects pseudonymous usage data to help us understand how visitors use the website. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to these website analytics tools. We collect information you voluntarily provide through a contact or meeting form.

PostHog starts with cookieless audience measurement, without a persistent visitor identifier. It measures page visits, demo opens, contact submission success, and login clicks. After you accept analytics cookies, it uses persistent storage and can connect website visits with your signed-in activity in the Polivue app through a shared visitor identifier. We do not record website sessions or send contact form contents to PostHog.

We use aggregated analytics data to:

• Monitor site performance
• Identify usability issues
• Improve content and navigation

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct your data
• Delete your data
• Withdraw consent

Analytics cookies and cookie-based tags are only used after your explicit consent. Information submitted through HubSpot forms is processed to respond to your request.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what data we collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data sharing (we do not sell data)

We do not sell your personal data. With the relevant consent, data may be processed by service providers such as Google for website analytics, PostHog (EU Cloud) for website and product analytics, CookieYes for consent management, and HubSpot for contact forms and meeting scheduling.

Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our GA4 property; PostHog data follows the retention settings in our PostHog project. Consent records and form submissions are retained only as long as needed for compliance and the purpose for which they were collected.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior data. We use necessary cookies for consent management and, with your consent, functional and analytics cookies.

We configure GA4 not to receive directly identifying information.

We use CookieYes, integrated with Google Consent Mode V2, to collect and record your preferences. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager use basic consent mode and only load after analytics consent is granted. PostHog starts in cookieless mode, switches to persistent tracking after acceptance, and returns to cookieless mode when consent is withdrawn. This ensures:

• Consent is obtained before analytics cookies and functional third-party services are activated
• Users can accept or decline cookies on first visit
• Users can revoke consent or change preferences at any time

Non-essential cookies are only set after the relevant consent is granted through our cookie banner.
